Come experience Advent with CCAS as they collaborate with the Colorado Chamber Players and the Saint John's Cathedral Choir in one of Bach's most famous pieces, Cantata 140, "Wachet Auf!" also known as "Sleepers Wake!" Other highlights include selections from Messiah with the CCP, audience hymns, and narrations by Jim East of Colorado Public Radio. This is the first event in a new Cantata Series at Saint John's Cathedral (click here for directions). Enjoy vocal performances from many of the areas best young artists. Concert at 7:30pm, there will be a free will offering, and admission is free upon registering your email address here.

Come enjoy this evening as we present the Rock-and Roll of classical music, Carl Orff's Carmina Burana in its entirety with full orchestra!! CCAS partners with the Timberline Symphony and members of the Lamont School of Music in this epic event, and stay tuned to see if this becomes an annual occurance! Concerts are at 7:30pm, free admission with registration of your email address here. May 21 concert is at Saint John's Cathedral, 1350 Washigton, etc etc, (click here for directions) and May 22 Concert is at Niwot High School Auditorium. Guest conductor is Devin Hughes, Soloists Robert and Audra Gardner and Adam Sattley.
